We do not accept returns of download products but offer a returns policy on all physical items (e.g. vinyl, CD, merchandise).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).
Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.
All returns must be accompanied with the original paperwork and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Orders can be canceled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.
We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best and resolve the issue.
